 Post subject: Creating the "sprint_all" citizen effect.

Hm, this is a problem I haven't quite gotten around to emulating yet...
So, I was watching kitty0706's Pep-Rally episode.

At 6:03-6:04 I noticed that his NPC's(?) were using the sprint_all animation. I'm able to force expression them using the NPC Scene tool, however I cannot actually make them run with the sprint_all animation... (as they automatically would then use their normal running animation.)
I can only think of one effect to get this to work, its very messy and I was hoping for a cleaner more legitimate way... which is to parent the NPC while forcing them to do the sprint_all animation while dragging a phx panel that they're parented to. (With a hydrolics or something.)
Anyhow, I was wondering how you guys would do it.
